Returns & Exchanges
A return or an exchange can be accepted, depending on the case, within 14 days of the package delivery date.
Customs & Import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Space Domes is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipment & Delivery
Processing time for orders is 3-5 days and delivery time varies depending on the type of dome purchased. If the delivery address is too remote it will need to be picked up from the closest port location to you, we will contact you directly to inform you of this before shipment.

Warranty
We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. The CHROME, GREENHOUSE & EARTH domes are designed to last up to 15 years with proper care. It is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs, we will repair or replace the tent at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or environmental factors. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
